it was fairly clean, the staff was great, plus the service was fantastic. the room was nice & individual, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast was very good and had a wide array of meals. i greatly enjoyed to be there and would use them next time.

Charming small hotel in a perfect location to the shopping centre, competent personal. Superior queen room with place to watch TV etc, separated bedroom and a nice bathtub along with a shower.

It is located in one of Vienna's main shopping streets and a metro station below the hotel.
As I drove to the hotel, it was very difficult to find as the address given in the website is the registered address. The actual entrance to the hotel is on a street which runs parallel to the registered address.

I liked the design of the rooms, and the convenient location.
We stayed for 6 days, and the breakfast became very boring after the second day. The menu needs to be updated each day. Also, the internet in this hotel is very expensive (20 euros per day) and very slow - the slowest i've used in years. The internet should be included in the hotel room cost, and the "free" internet in the lobby should be higher bandwidth.

It was just a great match for a momentary pause in Vienna with good price-quality ratio. The staff helped us find a nearby store when we needed it. Check everything twice with the staff to avoid any misunderstandings.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the museums and surrounded by cute cafes for breakfast.
My children wished there was a designated play area for them.
